Client Responsibilities

Proper packaging and labelling of goods
Availability at agreed pickup and delivery locations
Compliance with Canadian transport regulations

Zip Logistics’ Responsibilities

Safe and timely transport of goods

Pricing and Payments

All quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Liability & Insurance

Zip Logistics carries standard liability insurance for goods in transit. However:

We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Customers are advised to obtain additional insurance for valuable shipments.

Restrictions on Freight

The following items cannot be transported without prior approval:

Hazardous or illegal materials
Perishables requiring special licensing without agreement
